Adventure
Lantern Hollow
★★★★★ 4.6
Lantern Hollow is a quiet, atmospheric adventure that leans on mood over action. You explore a hand-drawn village frozen between autumn and winter, tapping to examine things, solve gentle puzzles, and slowly uncover why everyone left. It's the sort of game you play with headphones on.
The puzzles are logical and never resort to pixel-hunting nonsense. A soft hint system nudges you if you're stuck, which we appreciated during one particularly stubborn lantern riddle. The pacing is unhurried and deliberate.
It's short, maybe four hours, but every scene feels crafted. We finished it in two sittings and immediately wanted to show someone.
